Dr. Brian Rosett
Medical Director
​
A native of Chicago and an accomplished surgeon, Dr. Rosett has performed thousands of cases during his years of training and practice and has a proven track record of success.
Dr. Rosett grew up in Highland Park, Illinois and then attended Washington University
in St Louis, Missouri for his undergraduate education. Thereafter, he matriculated at
Rush University in Chicago for medical school followed by five years of general surgery residency at Wayne State University at the Henry Ford hospital in Detroit, Michigan.
He then returned to Chicago for his plastic surgery residency at the University of
Illinois under the guidance of Dr Mimis Cohen. There he learned the fundamentals of plastic surgery and developed a keen interest in the treatment of skin and breast cancer.
Thereafter, Dr Rosett completed two advanced fellowships in aesthetic face, breast
and body surgery in Los Angeles, California. Dr Rosett was fortunate to have learned
from some of Beverly Hills leaders in aesthetic surgery through his breast and body fellowship at the Beverly Hills Physicians practice. He then studied under Dr Ben Talei
a world renowned aesthetic facial plastic surgeon focusing on nonsurgical and surgical facial aesthetics. Dr Rosett brings many of the field’s newest techniques back to
Chicago including advanced facial aesthetics such as the lip lift.
Having grown up in the windy city, Dr Rosett brings an earnest midwestern sensibility
to both the office and the operating room. At the center of his medical philosophy is
the belief that strong communication leads to the best experience and outcomes.
His patients often remark that his kindness and demeanor helped ease their stress
and anxiety. Dr. Rosett’s hope for every patient is a surgical success that boosts their
self-esteem allowing them to live more confident and fulfilling lives.

Dani Sher
Physician Assistant Injector, Founder
A native of Jacksonville, Florida, Dani moved to Chicago after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor's degree in French. Though her first career out of college was as an improv comedian, she eventually found her way back to medicine in 2008. She attended Midwestern University's Physician Assistant program and went directly into Emergency medicine. After practicing as an ER Physician Assistant for 10 years, Dani became interested in aesthetics.
After training with several internationally renowned injectors, she had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Rosett and began working and learning from his expertise. Additionally, with a longstanding background in using ultrasound technology in the ER, she is one of the few trainers for Ultrasound for Aesthetics in the USA. She teaches one of the only accredited ultrasound courses for injectors. In 2022, she won a national aesthetic award for her safety standards and techniques. As a pioneer in the field of ultrasound for aesthetics, she holds several provisional patents for many of her techniques as well her unique course.
Katie Tolks
Practice Manager

Katie has enjoyed being in healthcare management for over 10 years. Most of her experience has been in the dental field, but she is loving the aesthetics industry and plans to continue to grow here. Her favorite part of her job is fostering a fun and engaging team culture by building up those around her. Also, patient experience is a passion of hers, and she exceeds expectations and raises the bar for every visit. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her hunky hubby, coaching/playing volleyball, watching sports, and cuddling up with her english bulldog, Bentley!
Margaret Stokes PA-C
Physician Assistant Injector

Margaret has been practicing as a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona. She then obtained her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies degree from A.T. Still University. Margaret gained 10 years of experience as a surgical PA working in the field of Urology. She then discovered her love for aesthetics. She has completed extensive training in Botox and fillers. Margaret puts an emphasis on safety and wants her patients to feel more refreshed and confident. Her attention to detail is what leads to her patient’s satisfaction. Margaret was born and raised in the Chicago area. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, doing yoga or exploring new restaurants.
Dr. Souji Tummuru, DO
Physician Injector

Dr. Tummuru is a board certified Ob/gyn with over 11 years of experience in private practice. She graduated from Creighton University with her B.S. and earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Midwestern University. After completing her residency in NY, she came back to the Chicago-land area where her family is.
Dr. T has been doing injectables for more than 5 years and is excited to join the Sparkle team. She is passionate about helping patients feel confident and comfortable in achieving their goals. With her background in surgery, she understands the importance of safe and effective treatments. She looks forward to working with you to reach your short term and long term goals!
Angel Dezutter
RN Injector

Angel has been working in aesthetics for three years with her passion rooted in making people feel the best version of themselves. She graduated with her BSN from Loyola University Chicago and began her journey in the ER. Angel's love for aesthetics continued to grow the more she experienced how individualized care can positively alter patient outcomes. Her desire to continue to learn is what makes her an ally to her patients. Angel is beyond excited to rejoin the Sparkle team in a new clinical role!

Kasia Gacek
Nurse Practitioner Injector

Kasia is a double board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP, ANCC). She has over nine years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse at one of Chicago’s most renown trauma centers. Kasia has extensive experience in scrubbing and assisting with various procedures, including plastic surgery, where she first developed interest in aesthetic medicine.
She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Science of Nursing and Master’s Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University. During her FNP clinical internship, she earned immense experience in the field of primary care as well as antiaging medicine. Kasia continued pursuing her passion for aesthetic medicine by completing Facial Filler and Neuromodulator training led by one of Chicago’s top injectors. With passion for the newest injection techniques and treatments in the industry, Kasia continuously stays connected to the aesthetic community and attends various training courses to bring patients the best results.
Kasia’s mission is to advocate and make an impact on patient outcomes. She is a compassionate and diligent individual who always goes above and beyond to deliver top patient care. Her philosophy is to safely provide aesthetic services with the most natural results, customized for each client. Kasia is a strong believer in a healthy lifestyle. She enjoys exercising, cooking nutritious meals, as well as top notch skincare. You can also find her outdoors enjoying a long hike with her goldendoodle, Frank.

Amy Garren

Amy has been an Esthetician since 2001. She has spent her career working in upscale Chicago spas and medspa, having her own skincare business in Denver, and now back to Chicago medspas to continue performing result-driven treatments. Amy loves the continuous education that our ever-changing industry offers, and she is ready to share her knowledge! Skincare is an all year, every day job, and Amy has the experience and confidence in how skin should look and react to get the results you want, safely. Patient commitment with home care and trust is her favorite part of being an Esthetician. When Amy is not at work, she likes to make sure her daughter and Goldendoodle are living their best lives.

Julie comes to Sparkle with 19 years of aesthetic experience. Detail-oriented and fervent about providing exceptional experiences, she seeks to make every patient feel comfortable, delighted with their results, and heard. Julie is thrilled to join the Sparkle Aesthetics family and can't wait to help you achieve your skin goals! Outside of Sparkle, you can find her cooking, petting all the area doggies, and playing Pokemon Go around town with her son. Gotta catch 'em all.

Chloe has been happily working as an Aesthetics Coordinator for a little over a year! She has gained a passion for Aesthetics by learning from some of the biggest names in the industry! Chloe aspires to continue to grow and expand her skillset even further. Chloe's favorite part about her job is her Sparkle Team! She loves engaging and having fun with all of her fantastic coworkers! She also excels at patient experience and loves getting to meet all of the beautiful faces that walk through Sparkle's doors. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys working with Ovation Academy as a teacher, exploring her new, amazing town of Oak Park, and spending time with her closest loved ones.

Natalie is a local of the Chicagoland area and has many years of hospitality and cosmetic dentistry background experience. Natalie prides herself on creating long-lasting relationships with our Sparkle clients, and she loves to be a part of everyone's beautiful transformations and seeing how their results boost up their confidence in their own skin! When Natalie is not at Sparkle, she enjoys reading, writing, astrology, spending time with her family, and cooking delicious, homemade meals.
